Fejo - ONAM Rap (Malayalam Rap) Onnum Nokkathe Adichupoli Makkale

Fejo - ONAM Rap (Malayalam Rap)
Onnum Nokkathe Adichupoli Makkale (O.N.A.M)

this song is about the way how NEW MALAYALIS celebrate their own festival...
they forgot all their roots & tries follow western customs,
& want to live a care-free life, forgetting their culture & heritage...
this song also depicts the life style of youth in kerala, who blindly imitates movies, in their life...
4th single off the malayalam rap album #UnapidApprentice by mallu rapper Fejo

Ananth & Fejo - Is This The Reason (English Rap Song)

lyrics -

(hook) Ananth

is this the reason?
you gonna react
just wanna know what
i am gonna speakout

(rap section) Fejo
they say
do sin
'coz its easy to forgive
hunger skin
stay freakd out & passive
treets are filled with hypocrats
all there
no stimulation in nerves
stay there

color discrimination
its hard to solve
facial description
is darker than blue
all i ever hate is caste & creed
we created groups for our needs & greeds

politicians roll
never keep their words
won't tell any soul
that they sleep with h**s
they say
young men in India
are heartless & hopeless

wish that i was stronger
so i can beat up the block
but i know i am weaker
weakwr than the law
we woke up seeing twitter
expecting a glitter
watching lok-netas stripping
& drinking liquor

population census
is absolutely senseless
dont sleep like dogs in the street, yo
celebs wanna drink & drive in the ghetto
(I say)
its bettr to live like a human being
than acting like a goat,
with a being human vision
just wanna know what
i am gonna speakout
is this the reason?
you gonna react

(hook) Ananth
is this the reason?
you gonna react
just wanna know what
i am gonna speakout
